Pay bands and salary ranges
A ranked list of all BCP role profiles based on their evaluated total job scores can be accessed below. This rank order is used to compare role profiles with each other and supports strategic planning of organisational structures and decisions relating to recruitment etc. You may find it helpful when viewing where your job's mapped role profile sits in relation to other similar role profiles.
As it also determines where all jobs mapped to that role profile will be paid on the new pay structure, we have included the new pay band and their minimum and maximum salaries for each role profile for your information.
